Embodied Trance™ Series

Embodied Trance™ is a guided journey through expanded states of consciousness utilizing movement, music, rhythm, meditation, symbolic process, and creative integration to support deep internal exploration through the body.

Each four-hour immersion includes an Opening Circle, Guided Meditation, Trance Movement™, Art Integration, and Closing Circle.

Through carefully facilitated trance-based practices, evocative music, symbolic embodiment, and movement arising directly from sensation and instinct, participants are invited into expanded states of consciousness within a safe, professionally held environment grounded in depth, authenticity, and emotional presence.

Each gathering within the series is intentionally aligned with the elemental and archetypal energies of the season. The series moves through Water, Earth, and Air — honoring the cyclical, non-linear nature of deep transformation.

Embodied Trance™ is a complete practice in its own right — a powerful entry point into expanded states of consciousness through movement, music, rhythm, and ritual for those drawn to somatic and depth-oriented work. It requires no prior experience and no additional commitment.

For participants engaged in Holotropic Breathwork® or other expanded states practices, Embodied Trance™ also offers a structured somatic container for integration — a place to allow the body to continue processing and expressing what deeper transformational work has opened.
